COUNTING BLESSING

Recently I saw a greeting card with the message, “When I count my blessings I count you twice.” There are so many wonderful people in my life – I count each of them twice.
And wonderful places. The Japanese Garden at Chicago’s Botanical Park is close to heaven Take a look and you will see what I mean.
Spending an afternoon there was definitely counting twice in my blessing.
The beautiful thing about gratitue is that it feeds the feeling of happiness. So feel happy, access gratitude for that happiness, and then feel more happy. Fantastic.
